Our Application Process:
a Question of Appreciation.
If you are interested in working for VESCON, you will quickly notice that we not only value our employees but also our applicants. We want you to feel comfortable right from the very first email. This is why we rely on transparency and rapid feedback. We are always available to answer your questions and give you feedback after the interview – regardless of whether or not we have decided in favour of working together.
The most important reason for choosing VESCON?
That there are so many reasons.
We owe the success of VESCON to the dedication and hard work put in by our employees*. It is therefore a matter of course for us that our employees* benefit from our joint success. For example through advantages and benefits that are not self-evident. These include a wide range of training opportunities, attractive options for pension schemes and flexible work time models including home office.
Fit with Fun:
Our Vitamin V Health Initiative.
Whether back and spine exercise courses, a stress management course or stand-up paddling: The Vitamin V health initiative offers numerous activities that can be used free of charge by all employees*. The focus is not only on health and fitness but also on having fun together.
Apprenticeship or studies?
Why not both together?
A cooperative study programme or part-time studies offer many advantages, as they combine theory at the university with practical phases in a company. This will enable you to get to know your field of expertise intensively from both sides and you will quickly make great progress. And the best thing about it is: you will also get paid to do it. Because unlike a normal course of study, you will receive an apprentice salary from the company where you do the practical phase.
